**Equans is looking for a Multi Skilled Operative to join our team in Sheffield on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.**

**What will you deliver?**: Carry out various multi trade tasks to a high standard as instructed by the company including;- Plumbing
- Carpentry
- Painting and Decorating
- Maintain and care for all company tools
- To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation

**Who are we looking for?**:

- Previous trades experience
- Up to date relevant industry related knowledge
- Understanding of local government
- Experience of Partnership arrangements
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
- Ability to competently operate MS office

This role includes a DBS check therefore ability to pass is essential.
