Please refer to the attached job description and person specification for full details of responsibilities To work as an integral member of the CAMHS Community Team, providing mental health assessments and formulations, through information gathering and analysis, including the use of routine outcome measures and within bio-psychosocial models of mental health. To utilise specialist knowledge and evidence-based models of mental health to make decisions about a child or young persons mental health needs. To participate in the prevention and early detection of emotional and mental health difficulties in children and adolescents referred to the service. To participate in the planning and delivery of evidence-based interventions for individuals and groups to children, young people, families and carers.

To evaluate and care plan in collaboration with the CAMHS Community Team, and wider CAMHS services, and considering individual, contextual and social factors. To use routine outcome monitoring to inform clinical practice and care planning. To utilise individual, group and peer supervision to support assessments, care planning and decision making. To participate in the teams use of routine outcome monitoring to inform service design across CAMHS.

To involve children and young people and family/carers, and provide opportunities or service users to contribute to their assessments and care planning. To involve children, young people and families/carers in the development of service provision through co-production, participation and service user evaluation.
