Providence Hospitality is a modern, rapidly growing management company currently managing numerous Hotels across the UK.

**Purpose of the Role**

The Hotel Supervisor's responsibilities will include assisting the manager with overseeing daily operations, ensuring employee productivity, monitoring efficiency of all processes and creating a positive work environment for employees.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee the operation of the entire property during shift
- To be the host in the hotel to meet and greet all guests courteously
- Communicating with guests and team members including any queries, complaint handling and conflict resolution
- Crisis Management
- To control the security of the cash, stock, room charges and all other payment methods
- Ensuring the Health & Safety and security of guests, staff and the hotel
- To provide and promote a welcoming, friendly, personal and professional service
- Oversee and assist other departments, ensuring that the hotel standards and procedures are followed
- Ensure the weekly beverage order is made in a timely manner
- Ability to assist with the Front office/Reception department; answering telephones, taking reservations, check in/out procedure and dealing with queries in the absence of the reception team
- Responding to room requests in the absence of department (including equipment requirements, general maintenance issues etc.)
- Logging and reporting any maintenance issues and faults
- Must be able to work weekends
- Will have a passion for working with the people and an enthusiastic attitude.
- Has an outgoing personality and good communication skills.
- Will have strong organisational, time management and planning skills.
- Is able to work well under pressure.
- Will be a hands-on.
