Alma Personnel have been tasked to recruit for an experienced **Regional Business Manager**with excellent sales experience preferably within the construction equipment industry for our Coventry based Manufacturing client.

Proactively manage multiple business aspects of nominated key accounts in a manner which achieves targeted machine sales volumes; enhances company margin from sales, maintains dealer receivables within agreed parameters and improves customer satisfaction,whilst implementing and managing sales and marketing initiatives for accounts in a highly professional capacity.
- Develop and agree annual business plans (Key Accounts)
- Identify, appoint and assist in the development of new dealer accounts, where appropriate
- Establish dealer sales targets and provide forecasts for machine sales, in line with the annual business plan
- Secure sales orders for machines in line with agreed targets whilst striving to maintain or improve company sales margins
- Carry out on-going research of local market, achieved competitor pricing and business activity and identify new opportunities for current and future products
- Submit regular local submission of market data/KPI’s in line with agreed input targets and measurement tools
- Attend trade shows; dealer conferences and exhibitions and play an active part in marketing activities as appropriate..Travelling will be required extensively
- Full clean driving licence
- A relevant degree or relevant experience working in a fast paced and competitive market.
- Solid level of experience with definable key achievements in sales environment
- Proven experience of coaching and leading teams or projects. New business development
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to succinctly and effectively articulate information
- Proactive attitude and highly adaptable
- Good interpersonal skills to be able to form effective relationships with dealers and customers closing the sale; ability to build relationships; present a professional image and ultimately sell the product
