**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing nutritional food and beverages to a high standard
- Prepare special diet meals as needed, as directed by the Head Chef
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked in accordance with food safety standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient meal preparation
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Assist in receiving and inspecting deliveries to ensure quality and freshness of ingredients
- Help with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
- Adhere to all sanitation and safety procedures in the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £8.32-£12.13 per hour

Expected hours: 16.5 per week
