**About Us**:
We are a family in Holywood seeking an experienced cleaner to maintain our home to the highest standards. Our household prides itself on cleanliness, organisation, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our home.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface cleaning.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms and kitchen areas.
- Make beds and change linens as needed.
- Complete laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes.
- Assist with organisation and tidying of rooms and common areas.
- Follow cleaning checklists and ensure all tasks are completed to satisfaction.
- Occasionally run errands as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cleaner in a residential setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a clean and organised home.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Friendly and discreet personality with a commitment to confidentiality.
- Comfortable working in a household with dogs and children.
- Own car is essential due to the location of our home.
- Successful completion of an AccessNI check (police check) is required prior to employment.

**Schedule**:

- 3-4 hours per day, 4-5 times a week, with one weekend day required.
- Hours are negotiable, but availability for one day at the weekend for 3 hours is essential.

**Benefits**:

- Competitive rate of pay: £11.11 per hour.
- Monthly bonus of £100 for completing all cleaning checklists.
