We are currently looking for a Recycling Operative to join our team across the Suffolk area on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Recycling Operative, you’ll receive expert training to support recycling efforts across Suffolk.

Specifically, you will help the public at recycling centres with recycling and waste disposal.

You will learn how recycling centres work and the principles of reuse, supporting charity partners with identifying reusable items.

About You

We are not looking for previous knowledge or experience, all you will need is a keen interest in recycling and reusing valuable items.

Ideal Recycling Operatives will have experience in a customer facing role or a waste and/or recycling setting. However, this is by no mean essential.

Other organisations may call this role Recycling Site Operative, Waste Management Operative, Operative, Reuse Operative, Recycling Site Operator, Trainee Recycling Operative, Junior Recycling Operative, or Site Operative.
