**Position**: Estates caretaker

**Contract**: On going - could lead to a permanent contract

**Based**: Wembley

The role is with a established company with 1,000s of homes that they manage/own across London and who are currently looking to expand there team the company has excellent career prospects for those wanting to further themselves.

**Hours**: Monday - Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

**Hourly rate**: £13.20 PAYE including holiday pay

**Responsibilities**:
Communal cleaning - mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, litter picking etc. Basic repairs/maintenance -changing door handles, handrails, replacing light bulbs Reporting any anti-social behaviour Dealing with contractors Working to a schedule/rota for the bin stores making sure they are ready for collection Clearing bin stores Health and safety on site making sure your work space is a safe environment for you and the residents
