Property Inspector

Lev Properties are looking for a Property Inspector to join their busy and growing Letting & Management team. We currently manage over 900 properties across Liverpool, with 10-20 new properties acquired each month.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct inspections of products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform visual inspections, measurements, and tests to identify defects or deviations from specifications
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with other team members to address quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines during inspections
- To work through the portfolio and ensure all properties are inspected once a year.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role as an Inspector is required
- Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on inspection results
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and collaborate with team members
- Experience in software inventory base is a plus

Driving licence is a must and own vehicle. Petrol and expenses will be covered by the company.
