Manchester, United Kingdom Invisible Systems Limited Full time

We're looking for an organised, friendly individual to join the Invisible Systems team in our Manchester HQ. The role will involve maintaining the purchase ledger, sales ledger and general bookkeeping, reporting directly to the Finance Manager. The position is offered on a full time basis. Minimum of 3 days in the office (Tuesday to Thursday) and 2 days work from home possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Processing purchase invoices
- Processing sales invoices
- Ledger reconciliations
- Posting bank transactions and clearing debtors/creditors
- Credit control to ensure timely receipt of monies owed
- Assist with implementation and running of purchase order system
- Dealing with customer and supplier based enquiries
- Ad-hoc accounting and office based tasks

**Essential Skills**
- Proven bookkeeping experience with a clear understanding of double entry
- Sage 200 experience is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Ability to investigate issues and propose solutions
- Good time management and workload prioritisation skills
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office Programs
- It is essential that you are confident in dealing with colleagues, third parties and work with total discretion

**Remuneration**
- £25,000 FTE
- 10% pro-rata bonus

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
