**Trainee Administrator**

**Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm**

We have a great opportunity available for a well organised, punctual and reliable Business Administration / Trainee Administrator to join a small but energetic and successful team in the financial services industry. The client are looking for someone who can help them to maintain quality by keeping the business and rest of the team organised.

You will need:

- Good English & Maths GCSE's
- A keen eye for detail
- Good data handling
- Good telephone manner when dealing with customer enquiries and answering calls
- Good organisation skills
- A willingness to learn
- Good IT skills
- Good communication; both written and verbally
- A drive to succeed

Your duties will include:

- Dealing with customers
- Taking and making calls
- Taking orders
- Keeping filing, invoicing and CRM systems updating
- Appointment logging and data capture
- General administration duties

**This is an apprenticeship opportunity where you will receive a Level 3 Business Administration qualification on completion.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £5.28 per hour
