**Treasury Manager - Bracknell - £50,000-£53,000pa**
Working for the financial services arm of a global brand at their European head office in Bracknell. The Treasury Manager has the responsibility for defining, driving and implementing the overall strategy for Treasury and the associated Risk Management ofborrowings of circa £1billion. A key element of the role is to develop and implement the funding plan that will be designed to meet daily and long-term liquidity requirements, whilst minimising funding costs and adhering to liquidity ratio control items.
You will ensure treasury systems, processes and procedures are operating effectively whilst ensuring effective Governance is delivered across the function. You will also be responsible for all Treasury-related reporting providing funding strategies to theTreasury Committee for approval.
You will also have direct line responsibility for managing and motivating the Treasury Analyst Co-ordinator.

**Qualifications, skills and experience**:
- Experience in a Treasury Function and ideally ACT qualified or working towards a Treasury Qualification (ACT)
- Understanding of Treasury markets & products
- Good communications skills and the ability to develop strong relationships
- Ability to prioritise and provide evidence of a commitment to delivering results against targets and deadlines.
