**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a reliable Turnover Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our properties are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards between guest stays, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our guests and the success of our rental operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform thorough cleaning of properties after guests have checked out, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for incoming guests.
- Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report any findings to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Collaborate with cleaning, maintenance, and linen supply teams to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient turnover of properties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards to uphold the integrity of our properties and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of property cleaning activities and report any deviations from standard procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or property management preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on property turnover schedules.

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
