Tradewind are working with a long standing partner school based in Iver, Buckinghamshire, looking for multiple LSAs wanting to support children with additional needs on a 1:1 basis.

**Learning Support Assistants (multiple roles) - Iver**

**'Good' and supportive school**

**January 2023 start for at least the next two terms**

**Essential to have previous support experience in a school**

The school have been on a steady rise over the last few years and are moving towards their ambitious target of becoming an 'Outstanding' school. The SLT have a clear strategy to improve the overall experience for staff and pupils promoting a caring and honestculture. **Role requirements - LSA**
- Learning Support Assistant experience in either a mainstream or SEN setting.
- Awareness of some of the following: Autism awareness, Makaton, PECS
- The willingness to take training in safeguarding, medication administration and first aid
- A desire to work under challenging but highly rewarding circumstances
