**Responsibilities**
- Database management and updating portal systems Proactively identify and address potential problems before they escalate, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer service
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests related to products or services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management

**About You**
- Strong moral compass and commitment to upholding ethical standards in all aspects of work.
- Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions to complex issues.
- A solid understanding of the technology world, including familiarity with current trends and developments.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
