In the UK we are currently over 300 strong and our plans are to grow to 400-500 by 2025 through the development our UK nuclear service offerings.

Due to our ongoing growth, we are recruiting for a Procurement Administrator to join our Supply Chain Team.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Buyer will be responsible for the following:

- Issue Purchases orders in SAP
- Keep updated common dashboard procurement module
- Weekly KPIs update according to the templates (retrieve data from SAP and from the common dashboard)
- Liaise with suppliers for RFI, RFQ
- Assess offers according to procurement criteria, liaise with Requestor for approval of the technical part
- Update approved suppliers register
- Respond internal stakeholders on procurement topics linked to PA scope (PO status, etc.)
- Support procurement with sourcing
- Keep updated Supply chain folders

**Profile**:
To be considered the following qualifications, experience and skills are essential:

- Purchasing experience required 1 - 2 years
- Experience in manufacturing or construction setting required
- SAP or another ERP knowledge is a plus
- Experience of working with the following commodities is a plus (Industrial tooling, scaffolding, lifting, calibration)
- Good IT skills, strong excel knowledge is a plus
- Good communication skills
- Commercial degree bachelor level or above
