**Working Pattern**:Standard 35 hours per week (working 4.5 days between the hours of 7am - 7pm, hours agreed at business discretion)

**Rate of Pay**: £26.16 per hour (Umbrella Company)

The Maintenance organisations provide corrective and preventative maintenance across a broad range of assets within the Broughton Plant. The assets include mechanical and electrical CNC machinery, conventional production machinery, automated assembly lines, robots, vehicles, jigs and fixtures, chemical processing plants and powered hand tools. Asset ages range from brand new to equipment at the end of its lifecycle.

Process Operational Managers (POMs) are accountable for adherence to the maintenance processes. The POM Representative represents Broughton POMs. The Business Quality Manager (BQM) supports the POMs and POM Rep.

Reporting to the Head of Industrial Maintenance, the POM Rep Delegate will be responsible for monitoring & reporting compliance to the maintenance processes. The POM Rep Delegate will support the POM Rep and POMs for all the Broughton maintenance activities.

**Main Activities**:

- Develop key measures for Business Unit (SQCDP) and regularly check suitability of such measures ensuring they evolve with business improvement.
- Prepare, analyse, and distribute Business Unit scorecards and reports to internal & external stakeholders and identify where any anomalies, failing measures, or forming trends present themselves
- Capture, analyse and prioritise process improvements from Broughton POMs. Attend local reviews with POMs and represent the PMT.
- Capture process improvements from the PMT (Process Management Team). Support planning to deploy process improvements to the Broughton maintenance providers.
- Attend PMT reviews and represent Broughton POMs.
- Capture and review local governance to support process adherence.
- Manage effective communication of process changes or any process adherence activity.
- Support the awareness training of maintenance staff regarding process and process adherence.
- Support POM Rep and Poms in adapting processes to local requirements.
- Coordinate the development, control and review of any local procedures to support the maintenance procedure
- Coordinate process adherence self-assessments and audits. Interpret process checks aligning them to local practices.
- Analyse output of self-assessments and audits. Support POM Rep and POMs with the development of effective responses ensuring read across from other departments and effective countermeasures are deployed.
- Participate in maintenance strategy planning to ensure future process adherence.
- Coordinate annual risk review to manage any risks to compliance. Manage risk mitigation action plan.

**Outputs**:

- Compliance to FU.IN.07 processes
- Asset safety
- Asset reliability meets required Technical Availability
- Customer satisfaction and service level achieved.
- Proactive way of working via governance, controls and continuous improvement.
