**What would your day to day look like?**
- Negotiating with insurer partners in order to help win the business
- Working with the sales team in order to present terms back to a prospect to increase sales conversion rates
- Working with the sales team to support potential price negotiations in order to win new business
- Looking for insurance cross-sell opportunities beyond motor insurance
- Creating and maintaining excellent client and prospect files

**What do we expect of you?**
- A questioning nature and an ability to read between the lines in order to truly understand a prospect.
- High attention to detail.
- An understanding and enjoyment of negotiation.
- Excellent communication skills and the motivation to positively challenge colleagues in the name of compliance and process rigour.
- Previous broking experience in a business to business environment.
- Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate - preferred, or currently working towards.
