**Salary**: £48,100+ depending on experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Support the Business as Usual activities associated with the six Enterprise IT solutions
- Operational performance of the solutions deployed in the UK
- Supporting the organising and production of material for multi-Functional & multi-Business Unit Operational Reviews
- Supporting the strategic direction for the existing and any newly emerging capabilities
- Continuing to support the development of the enduring governance model and associated forums for the ongoing optimisation of the Common Solutions. Act in a substitution role for the Cross-Functional, Enterprise IT Solutions Manager to ensure that periods of non-availability are covered seamlessly
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels in the organisation
- Provide support to other Group level projects and programmes as required

**Your skills and experiences**:
**Essential**:

- Good organisational and analytical skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of IT Automation in aiding compliance
- Project Management understanding and experience including IT projects and programmes
- Experience in capturing and maintaining Customer Requirements

**Desirable**:

- Understanding of Export Control regulations (US and UK)

**The IM&T team**:
The team provides successful delivery IT solutions in the UK and internationally as well as new Group level programmes and initiatives, which require support. The need is to ensure that these solutions continue to add value to the business, at both operational and strategic levels.

In this role you will be supporting other Group IM&T programme management activities across the enterprise for strategic business transformation programmes will also be required. This role will provide you with the opportunity to interact with various functions and sectors across the organisation and exposure to senior stakeholders.
