**Key Responsibilities**:
1 To plan/organise/deliver adapted SEN sports sessions delivered by the Warriors Foundation.

2 To plan/organise/deliver Tackling Dementia Sports Cafe sessions delivered by the Warriors Foundation.

3 To support the Foundation Team in the delivery of all initiatives when required.

4 To deliver KPI’s in line with funded programs and report on progress as required.

**Responsibilities**:
To plan, organise and deliver adapted SEN sports sessions within local SEN institutions and education settings in line with the Warriors Foundation delivery scheme and to position delivery to specific needs of schools and educational establishments.

Sessions need to meet a variety of participant needs and have flexible outcomes depending on the setting of the session.

You must have a sound knowledge of working within this sector and be able to follow safeguarding policies and procedures.

To plan, organise and deliver Tackling Dementia Sports Café sessions in line with the Warriors Foundation delivery plan.

Sessions must be engaging and work to the needs of the café users.

You must be able to communicate clearly with a large group of people with varying needs.

You will have to retain and expand the current community links of the café to ensure sustainability of the project and its part providing activities for those living with Dementia in the local community.

To set up and deliver sports coaching sessions on all Warriors Foundation initiatives as required.

The Foundation has a long-standing reputation for delivering inclusive projects such as mixed ability and wheelchair rugby, you will need to be comfortable stepping in to aid the growth and development of such projects and make participants feel comfortable in these settings. This is in line with the demands and funding the Foundation receives as a charity.

You must be able to continually develop, monitor and evaluate all programs of delivery and produce reports where necessary and when required.

You also must be able to keep accurate records of all key performance indicators and provide evidence of work as required by Foundation funders and partners.

**Person Specific**

1 This person must be a self-starter.

2 An enhanced DBS clearance is a requirement for this role.

3 A clean driving license and two-character references and an employee reference will be required for this role.

4 Experience of working in this sector and relevant qualifications in coaching is required

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
