We are on the search for a bubbly, presentable, and professional host/hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests upon arrival.

This is a key role within the hotel, with direct responsibility for guest relations, and in charge of ensuring a first-class experience for all visitors.

What Does the **Role** Include?
- Meeting and greeting all guests to the venue upon arrival, and taking feedback upon departure
- Complete knowledge of guest requirements and requests, allocating tables and reservations accordingly for both restaurants
- Show-arounds of the hotel and escorting guests to their restaurant tables and private rooms
- Liaising with all front-of-house departments throughout service to ensure constant excellence

The Crazy Bear Beaconsfield is an extravagant boutique hotel comprising 48 elaborately designed bedrooms, renowned English and Thai restaurants, award winning cocktail bar, unique private dining rooms, Moroccan lounge and terrace with outdoor swimming pool and Thai massage treatment rooms.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Beaconsfield train station / a two-minute drive from M40 J2
