**Seasonal Cashier**

**Average 16 hours per week**

**£11.50 per hour**

ROARR in Lenwade is the UK’s largest Dinosaur themed adventure Park.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our Accounts team as a seasonal Cashier from May until the end of October.

You will average 16 hours per week, which will vary as dictated by the needs of the business, to include regular weekend working.

Working days will be Thursday, Friday and one weekend day during term time. During peak time school holidays, we expect working hours to increase so flexibility is essential.

**The Role**
- Count and record daily cash, cheques, visa and voucher receipts accurately and reconcile with Visisoft reports.
- Prepare accurate cash takings and cheques for banking.
- Produce accurate summaries of daily takings and distribute reporting and till variance reports.
- Prepare cash floats daily ready for the next day, ensuring retention of adequate amount of change to cover needs. Order and collect change from bank.
- Coordinate petty cash procedures and reconcile tin.

**About you**
- Previous cash handling experience.
- Strong numeracy skills with the ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Availability to work weekends, bank holidays and school holidays.
- Access to reliable transportation.
