**Role purpose**
- Effectively driving marketing strategies to deliver new and existing client growth.
- Delivering audience appropriate marketing plans and communications strategies.
- Leading the digital marketing strategy, aligned to BD and marketing strategies.
- Support for fee earners in personal profile raising to support business and client development

**Accountabilities**
- Using market insights to identify markets, audiences and specific opportunities aligned to sector and departmental strategies.
- Support stakeholders in defining marketing strategies, plans and campaigns.
- Responsible for the production of high quality content across all sector and departmental activity, both online and offline media, with input to content produced elsewhere to ensure quality and consistency of approach.
- Strategic management and development of the website, social media presence, content and output with input to SEO management and PPC campaigns using analytics to inform strategy and campaigns.
- Providing coaching and training for stakeholders, with a focus on profile raising activities including content and social media activity.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment desirable
- Knowledgeable in digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, CRO, UX)
- Experience in research and planning, delivering and analysing marketing plans
- Strong copywriting skills across multiple channels
- High attention to detail with a sound understanding of compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management experience
