**INTERESTED BUT NO DIRECT EXPERIENCE IN RESEARCH?**

**We're looking for someone with a passion to work in research who can demonstrate the required attitude and potential skills, as training will be given.**

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key player in the expanding research team to support the running of NIHR (National Institute of Health Research) research studies in the community with Livewell Southwest. The post holders main function is to support the recruitment, participation and collection of data from patients and service users in these studies across all health and social care areas - maintaining patient safety, compliance with quality, governance and delivery target requirements.The role is hybrid; visiting research participants, working at home and in the Research Office.

You need to have experience working with patients/service users and demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. You must be highly motivated and enjoy continually learning and thrive on new challenges. You need to be highly organised, with attention to detail, able to prioritise and be flexible. A team player but also able to work on your own and use your initiative. You will have ongoing support of the Lead Research Practitioner.
