**The Role - Specialist Cleaner**

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Specialist/Deep Cleaner to cover housing sites across North and Northwest London. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversee the day to day running of housing developments across the country.

You will be ensuring the windows on each site are kept clean at all times as well as the deep cleaning of the internal areas. This role will involve the use of machinery such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners and scrubbers. It was also involve quite a lot of heavy lifting so a good level of physical fitness would be essential. This position will involve a lot of travelling so a full UK Driving Licence would be essential. A company vehicle would be provided.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Washing down walls and removing graffiti.
- Strip and seal of floors.
- Cleaning and defrosting of fridges.
- Using carpet cleaners to clean carpets and upholstery.
- Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Window cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience using carpet cleaning machinery is essential.
