**About us**

We Can Source It is a e-Com business on the outskirts of Chelmsford. We are customer-centric and fast-paced. Importers, manufacturers and distributors of disposable catering supplies, janitorial products, packaging and giftware.

**Responsibilities**:

- Order Processing: Efficiently process incoming customer orders from various eCommerce channels (e.g., online marketplaces, our company's website).
- Product Packing: Accurately and carefully pack orders according to order specifications, ensuring the correct products, quantities, and packaging materials are used.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure that all products are in perfect condition and comply with quality standards before packaging.
- Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring inventory levels and communicating stock shortages or discrepancies to the appropriate team members to maintain accurate stock records.
- Shipping Preparation: Prepare packages for shipping by selecting appropriate packaging materials, labelling boxes with accurate shipping information, and ensuring all necessary documents and shipping labels are included.
- Organisation and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including keeping packing stations tidy and ensuring the correct disposal of packaging materials.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other warehouse team members to ensure smooth order fulfilment operations and provide support as needed.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, offering suggestions to optimise order packing procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role or working in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with eCommerce order fulfilment processes and systems is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using order management systems.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift packages of varying weights and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Own transport is essential due to remote location.

**Salary**: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
