ADF London is an international specialist fit-out Contractor focused on Luxury construction projects in the Private Residential, Hospitality & Retail sectors.

**Attributes and Responsibilities**
- An energetic motivated creative thinker with the passion for intelligent, thoughtful, and considered design. A keen interest to learn and grow within the field of technical design, procurement, and fabrication.
- Organisational skills, grasp of detail and the ability to think ahead, manage workflow according to construction programme and buildability sequence.
- Experience in communicating design manufacturing and construction intent processes through presentations of drawing packages in client and Design Workshop meetings.
- Controlling design variations within project budgets.
- Organizing / submitting RFIs
- Practical experience within construction approval process (IFA /IFC / AB)
- Management of influx of drawings, transmittals and data information documents within Construction Project Management Softwares (Aconex, 4P, Viewpoint and others)
- Reviewing and Coordinating subcontractor drawings for onsite construction and factory fabrication.
- Overseeing / tracking approval status of documentations.
- Responsible for work produced by Drafters
- Produce 2D design drawings on AutoCAD, noting careful coordination and use of gridlines
- Conduct regular site visits and detailed surveys

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Strong attention to detail, proactive, friendly, and professional
- Previous experience in architectural design office or design coordination is desirable
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - specifically Excel
- Seasonally skilled in AutoCAD
- Knowledge of BIM and 3D design software is a plus
- Must be well organised to work independently and collaboratively across different specialist trades
- Self-motivated and have an in-depth design knowledge within interiors design and interior architecture
