Manufacturing Qc Inspector

Cover Crew Ltd are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing QC Inspector for their Fordoun based client.
Duties:
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of products at different stages of production to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.
Perform functional and performance tests on products to verify their compliance with specifications.
Record inspection results and maintain detailed inspection records.
Co-ordinate and advise guidance on material certification, welding, NDT and other requirements.
Ensure that products adhere to established quality control standards.
Report any quality issues to the Quality Control Supervisor for investigation and resolution.
Prepare inspection reports.
Document and report any defects or quality related issues.
Work closely with project teams and HSEQ Manager to address any quality concerns.
Experience:
Inspection experience in the subsea industry.
CSWIP accredited.
Understanding of weld procedures.
Knowledge of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
Inspection in a subsea fabrication/assembly environment.
Interpretation of complex engineering drawings.
Good knowledge of weld and NDT procedures.
Conduct dimensional checks and reports.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
