Hertfordshire Care Providers Association **(HCPA)** is a unique award-winning company set up to support adult care providers within Hertfordshire to raise quality standards of care. We are a non-profit member’s association. We support over 600 care organisations to improve the quality of care they provide across a variety of projects such as staff training and providing information and guidance. We also provide additional services and projects such as a fully funded Recruitment service, Impartial Feedback services and the Stop Falls Service.
HCPA are looking for a **Senior Administrator** to manage systems and processes in order to provide high-quality evaluation and feedback reporting services for HCPA members and track and analyse Business Development Team activity and produce management reports to identify trends, issues and successes that will support successful KPI achievement. The post holder will need high level IT skills, be an excellent communicator with strong customer services skills, have an inquiring mind, and be able to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic team.

**What does the role of Senior Administrator involve?**
- This role is a pivotal role within the team which will:_
- First point of contact for our customers, developing good customer relationships.
- Develop and deploy systems, tools and processes for business development data-related stakeholder survey processes.
- Collect and analyse data and information to provide management information for the Team and organisation.
- Specific Responsibilities:_
1. Implement standards and procedures to provide technical assurance for the on-going implementation of business development systems within the business.
2. Building relationships with HCPA Membership to encourage engagement in Business Development products and services to achieve KPIs
3. Provide regular feedback to HCPA members using Business Development services to enhance customer service.
4. Support the Business Development Department in developing and testing system changes.
5. Build reports from raw data
6. With an inquisitive mind, quickly assimilate information, perform data analysis such as customer engagement, volumes, exceptions, etc.; identify and determine root cause for data quality items impacting the business; recommend solutions and strategies to support project leads and management.
7. Identify key process improvements and also improvements to the systems to benefit the products. Collaboration with system developers to implement system quality improvement and or remediation.
8. Support the Business Development Team to achieve successful outcomes for example tracking member engagement, KPI reporting, and identifying trends.
9. Identify data issues, risks and opportunities by regularly communicating with business functions and working closely with the system developers.
10. Lead efforts to acquire or restructure data across any applicable systems to meet gaps in Business Development team needs.
11. Ensure GDPR compliance.
12. Participate in data quality monitoring and improvement. Responsible for identification, planning, mapping, analysis, and synthesis of data.
We are looking for an excellent communicator with great customer service and IT skills who has experience in developing and providing management information reports.
- We are also looking for you to have:_
- Own transport with business insurance is essential as travel around Hertfordshire is required
- Excellent IT skills, in particular in-depth knowledge of Excel, MS Teams and cloud-based survey solutions.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines
- High level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills
