In collaboration with Nordic Engineering Training & Testing, we present an opportunity for

**24 individuals**

to enrol in our SeAH Wind Academy program.

This program is a 24-week, bespoke training course designed to provide participants with the necessary skills to become coded welders for SeAH Wind.

**To be eligible for consideration, applicants must meet the following criteria**:

- Currently unemployed, in receipt of benefits or earning less than £33,210 per year.
- Over 19 years of age as of 31st August 2023
- Demonstrate dedication, exemplary attitude, and the motivation to become a Welder.

**What can you anticipate from the program?**
- During the initial 8 weeks of the academy, if applicable participants will continue to be in receipt of their benefits and **do not** receive payment.
- From week 9 to 24, participants will receive a conditional employment offer and be paid at the National Minimum Wage rate.
- Upon completing the 24-week program and securing an employment offer, participants will receive a salary increase to £14.50 per hour for the next stage of their development.
