The Role:
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis from April to October, with the flexibility to work shifts during the winter period. The role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Arranging winter gritting operations
Allocating work and resources
Dealing with subcontractors
Supporting operatives with equipment and resources
Raising jobs and managing administrative tasks
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule winter gritting operations efficiently.
Allocate tasks and resources effectively to ensure smooth operations.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers as required.
Provide administrative support to the team, including raising jobs and managing documentation.
Support operatives with equipment and resource needs.
**Requirements**:
Positive attitude, motivation, and drive.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
Previous experience in a similar administrative role is desirable but not essential.
