**About the role**

Full time

12-month fixed contract - with a possibility of extension

We would also consider an internal secondment for this role
- We'll need you to be our facilities 'go to' for corporate buildings, including schools, offices and public buildings such as libraries, museums and community centres.
- You'll be dealing with maintenance staff and site managers, working with them to resolve issues and schedule maintenance work, both reactive and planned.
- You'll need a good eye for detail, processing information on to our Facilities and Finance systems along with associated administration.

**About you**

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, someone that enjoys a challenge, can make things happen, whilst never losing sight of the customer.

Specific requirements:

- Experience in a Facilities or Property Services area
- Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Good IT skills, including Excel. Additional knowledge in Microsoft forms and automation would be advantageous
- Self-organised with the ability to prioritise
