Maintenance and Gate Operative

_Maintenance and Gate Operative - Guys Marsh, _SP7 0AH _- 11 Hours Daily _

**Ablou Facilities Ltd require a **_**Maintenance and Gate Operative**_ **to work on a temporary project lasting 12-months+ in the SP7 0AH area. The role involves general handyman/woman duties on a construction site, along with gate duties. This is an exciting role, working at a busy construction site.**

**CSCS qualification and traffic marshal qualification are desirable but not essential, we will provide training on these if you do not currently hold them.**

Location: _Guys Marsh, _SP7 0AH

Days/Hours: _Monday - Friday, working 7 am until 6 pm._

**Driver's license and vehicle are required due to the location of the job.**

This is a fixed-term contract. We require someone who can commit to the full hours over the entire contract.

**Duties**:

- General maintenance
- Gate duties

You will require:

- Good organisational skills.
- An eye for detail.
- Be proactive taking into consideration that you will be working in a live construction environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50 per week
