**Business Analyst**

**Peterborough/Hybrid**

**£45,000**

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Business Analyst to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Peterborough working as part of their IT team.

This Business Analyst position is based just outside of Peterborough but can be offered on a hybrid basis depending on experience and location.
As Business Analyst you will be integral to project delivery leading business stakeholders' engagement in all stages of the project from initial engagement with the business, right through to go-live and after care support.

The role will focus on developing and managing business requirements and processes for applying/using technology to satisfy business needs. As a business-facing role, you must be comfortable dealing with back-office personnel and senior stakeholders bothwithin the business and the technology functions.

Principle Responsibilities for the **Business Analyst**:

- Working with process owners and technical teams to document process flows, including defining how these will be monitored/measured to determine effectiveness, as well as aligning dependent cross-functional processes and systems.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to ensure that user stories are clearly defined and verified
- Managing business requirements and ensuring project delivery to the business users' satisfaction
- Identifying areas where there might be meaningful change to business processes
- Work on operational processes by supporting stakeholders in ensuring processes achieve efficiencies
- Provide feedback to management on a regular basis or on demand on status of Change
- Working with the relevant IT departments to ensure that Change Requests have robust business cases and are impact assessed and appropriate delivery plans developed.
- Gather and understand business requirements and business priorities.
- Support the adherence to compliance of process through the introduction of a range of relevant methodologies, tracking and reporting of these metrics
- Looking at ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports

- Working experience in an ecommerce business
- Understanding of end-to-end order fulfilment processes

This is a full time permanent Business Analyst position,
Monday to Friday office hours.
Offering an annual salary of £45,000.
