**Job description**:
**We have several vacancies available as we are recruiting new care teams in Ross and Wye and the surrounding areas within radius of around 15 miles / approx. 30 minutes’ drive**

**We require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

Are you an experienced Healthcare assistant or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support and looking for a new opportunity?

**This could be just the position you are looking for**

We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

You will be required to provide 1:1 / 2:1 support dependant on the service user with daily tasks such as personal, social care needs, moving and handling and attending to their clinical care needs.

**It is essential that you have a valid driving licence and access to your own vehicle for these positions**

**If you have.**
- At least 3 months experience in care
- The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
- A passion to make a difference
- A desire to progress your career
- Valid Driving Licence
