Maintenance Surveyor, Day-to-Day Repairs, 6 Month Temporary Contract, £28 - £35 p/hour PAYE/UMB Inside IR35

Our clients, a public sector organisation based in North London are looking to recruit a Repairs and Maintenance Surveyor on an ongoing contractual basis to help maintain their housing stock. Due to an increased workload they are looking to expand the teamto help ease the backlog of repairs.
All the properties are based in the North London area, as are the organisations main office. The organisation has always promoted a flexible approach to work therefore you will have the option to work from home when not carrying out inspections.
You will be inspecting day-to-day repair work, small project based refurbishments and emergency repair works.
All the work is carried out in domestic properties therefore you will need to have experience of working in both single dwellings and medium to large estates.

Working within the public sector will also be desirable but not essential.
Good IT skills as you will be required to write detailed reports.
