**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver individual and group coaching sessions, guiding men on the path to reconciling their marriages or relationships with their wives or girlfriends.
- Assist men in understanding the root causes of their relationship challenges, examining their own behaviors and actions.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients and their partners, helping to resolve deep-seated conflicts.
- Educate men on the intricacies of female psychological behaviors and emotional intelligence.
- Act as the public face of Pinnacle of Man, showcasing our mission and commitment to helping men overcome relationship challenges.
- Deliver expert insights and advice through various media channels, including interviews, podcasts, videos, and social media platforms.
- Engage with our audience, responding to inquiries and fostering a supportive community around our coaching services.
- Share your knowledge on relationship dynamics and offer practical solutions to common relationship challenges.
- Develop customized game plans tailored to each client's unique needs and relationship context.
- Engage in ongoing supervision to refine your coaching skills, receive valuable feedback, and continuously improve your effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, promoting their psychological growth and helping them fine-tune their goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in effective case management through the use of a CRM system.
- Conduct initial coaching onboarding calls with new clients, setting the stage for a successful coaching journey.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Develop customized game plans tailored to each client's unique needs and relationship context.
- Engage in ongoing supervision to refine your coaching skills, receive valuable feedback, and continuously improve your effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to clients, promoting their psychological growth and helping them fine-tune their goals.
- Demonstrate proficiency in effective case management through the use of a CRM system.

**Requirements/Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or therapy (previous work as a personal development or life coach, or marriage therapist is preferred but not mandatory).
- Deep understanding of relationship dynamics and the common challenges faced by couples.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients, fostering an environment of unconditional positive regard.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
- Solution-focused approach to coaching and problem-solving.
- Experience supporting clients during traumatic periods of life.
- Competency in both strategic and solution-focused coaching skills.
- Familiarity with "Solution-Focused," "Strategic," or "Motivational Interviewing" modalities.

**Salary and Benefits**:
