You’re in luck We’re currently partnered with an amazing recruitment agency in Essex that are looking to grow their business. You’ll be joining a ‘well-seasoned’ Director who knows a thing or two about the industry, who doesn’t want to learn from the best?

**Here's a taste of what your day might look like**:

- Use those online research skills you’ve honed on social media to find the best people for your jobs
- Be the phone call hero - ditch the script and have conversations that feel more like catching up with a friend (but with the ultimate goal of landing them their dream job, of course)
- Be the go-to person for all things interviews—scheduling, coordinating, and making sure everyone leaves with a smile
- Keep your applicant tracking system in tip-top shape— the devil’s in the detail
- Practically (nearly) pitch perfect - Ideally have 6 months + of sales experience in real estate/B2B/car sales etc - this is just a preference, we are open to hearing from all different backgrounds if you think you have the transferrable skills Rome wasn’t built in a day..
- Have the communication skills of a superhero (think clear, confident, and friendly).
- Can juggle a million tasks at once and keep your cool (because let's be honest, recruitment can get fast-paced).
- Are a team player who brings a positive mindset wherever you go.
- Have a willingness to learn. We’re all about raw talent and offer training and support to help you become a recruitment rockstar.
- Thick skin - every day comes with a new set of challenges, let’s be honest - it can feel like you’re on a rollercoaster
