**Job Introduction**:
William Grant & Sons currently have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Coordinator to join our Girvan site, to support the Spirit Supply Leadership team in developing and optimising process in terms of safety, cost, service, operational efficiency and compliance

**Main Responsibility**:

- Ensure Racked and Palletised drams entries for receipts are completed
- Allocate warehouse space efficiently and safely in order to maximise space.
- Ensure an accurate reconciliation and stock take in the filling/blending floor daily
- Ensure all processes and procedures across the line are followed and offer ideas to improve.
- Ensure the specific area of responsibility complies with all Health & Safety, ISO, OHSAS & HMRC, PPM documentation and quality in order to maintain compliance with all regulatory bodies.
- Drive hourly performance and KPI performance through team members
- Identify team member and team developmental gaps and support the team leader in addressing these
- Deputise for Team leader in their absence, support leaders in appraisals and disciplinary investigations.

- Proven coordinator who can monitor objectives and encourage individuals to perform at a high level
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, Customs and excise, Continuous improvement and coaching skills
- Previous supervisory experience working in a FMCG environment
- Awareness of budgetary constraints
