**McGregor Boyall currently have an excellent opportunity for an RPA Business Analyst to join our clients' team as they continue to cultivate their established teams in Glasgow and Edinburgh.** Our client provides RPA solutions for SME's and Multinationals throughout the UK. With a wealth of software experience, their team design and implement RPA projects using leading RPA software.

As an RPA Business Analyst, your key objective will be to process customer projects integrating innovative RPA solutions so that the efficacy and accuracy of the client can be enhanced subsequently saving them time and also giving them a competitive edge.

You will work closely with key stakeholders and the RPA team and will be responsible for identifying processes that would benefit from the use of RPA for client projects, producing process definition documents and creating business cases for stakeholderapproval.

You will play a key role in proposing process optimisation through redesigning existing processes and working closely with developers to build new workflows.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Reporting on the effectiveness of automation solutions once they are implemented and working to resolve any problems identified by users
- Working closely with stakeholders and updating them regularly during project delivery
- Providing appropriate solution proposals by assessing the scalability of the RPA client design
- Producing Process Description Documents; Documenting all the functional and technical requirements and processes i.e. AS-IS and TO-BE
- Developing prototypes to demonstrate the TO-BE system, processes and behaviour
- Providing insights from the documentations to the Development team
- Working closely with clients in order to establish business requirements

To be considered for this role you will have
- Strong stakeholder skills and previous experience working with SMEs
- An excellent communicator (you must be able to understand the requirements of the client and be able to deliver their ideas to the team clearly)
- knowledge of computer programming
- Knowledge of common RPA tools/ experience on projects involving RPA tools
- Understanding of Intelligence automation concepts and automation benefits
- Experienced Business Analyst with RPA knowledge and understanding or a demonstratable desire to learn this area
- Skilled at collating large amounts of information quickly and effectively and documenting processes clearly
