Our client is looking for a Timewriting Co-ordinator on a 6 month contract basis, located in Aberdeen.

**ROLE**

An important role, you will be responsible for coordinating the manhour data from our construction workforce and ensuring its accurate and timely entry into our digital systems. This role will directly support (and on occasion deputise for) the Senior Timewriting Coordinator and requires exemplary attention to detail, and the ability to work to very strict timelines and to organise and prioritise workload according to business requirements.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Update and keep a record of all offshore personnel
- Process all onshore workshop job timesheets and provide a summary to relative third-party agencies
- Utilise the company’s importable timesheets to check placements and advise discrepancies to the relevant parties
- Manually process all other offshore timesheets and ensure the correct pay codes and expense codes are utilised
- Maintain the Holiday Register for all PAYE weekly workers and staff
- Input all expenses relating to mobilisation and miscellaneous claims
- Act as a “single point of contact” for queries about time
- Liaise with Accounts, Payroll and project managers to solve queries

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Experience in similar or relevant role.
- Working knowledge of databases
- Excellent Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail, diligence and self-discipline
- Delivery focused and committed to achievement of project/company goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 months
