**Salary**:£35,360 to £41,954 pro rata, depending on skills, experience and qualifications

We are currently seeking a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist for an innovative provider of education and care for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities with an ambitious growth plan.

Looking for an enthusiastic **professional**to work as part of a therapy team in their North West Schools, our client provide flexible day placements for students aged 5 to 19 years with communication and associated difficulties or specificlearning difficulties such as dyslexia. The majority are on the autistic spectrum or have anxieties and difficulties that create barriers to learning. Some have multiple diagnosis.

**The role**:
Working collaboratively with the sites and ELKRIN trained staff, you will support teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs.

You will be responsible for holding a small speech and language therapy caseload for the three special schools and with the support of the experienced Clinical Lead and SENCo, you will also contribute to staff training, consultation and reflective practice.

This is a rewarding role, with a great emphasis on wellbeing, this position would suit an enthusiastic individual, with a nurturing approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload.

**Essential Criteria**:

- You will be a registered member of RCSLT and HCPC
- Hold a professional Speech and Language Therapy degree or equivalent.
- As this role involves travel, a full UK driving licence and access to a car is required.
