Daily duties

Working with the team responsible for maintaining standards of guest service overnight

Front desk customer service

Audit and simple accounting/report production duties

Security of the building and guest safety

Serving drinks to Guests out of hours

Cleaning and presentation standards of public areas

About you:
Have a friendly, welcoming personality with excellent customer service skills

Previous experience within hospitality/hotel night porter or similar preferred must be able to demonstrate previous experience within a face to face customer service environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship, Graduate

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
