This is a unique opportunity to be part of this innovative and exciting project, working on the creation and delivery of an intensive 0.8ha Agroecological Market Garden on-site at Bremenda Isaf Farm, Llanarthne. This work makes up part of the pioneering Food Systems Development Project being led by Carmarthenshire County Council, funded by the UK Government via the UK Shared Prosperity Fund until 31 December 2024.

The postholder will support the creation and delivery of the Market Garden, using agroecological best practice and ensuring high quality outcomes in food production, environmental benefit and social value. You will have experience of working in growing operations, supporting training operations and direct community contact.

You will need a basic knowledge of Welsh. Reasonable support can be provided on appointment to reach this level.
