Branch Coordinator
Branch Coordinator / Administrator. A Liverpool based property firm need a Branch Coordinator / Office Manager / Administrator to join the team.
The Branch Coordinator / Office Manager / Administrator will be tasked with taking calls from prospective tenants, arranging viewings and managing all of the associated administration and coordination which comes with a busy office.
The Branch Coordinator / Administrator will:

- Registration of utilities and council tax and bills, working with management
- Organising check ins and check outs
- Organising office management, health and safety, compliance and purchasing
- Preparing client reports
- Manage property keys
- Managing client and contractor access requests
- Manage use, inspections and maintenance of company vehicles
- Answering the phones to new customers
- Office management duties

The Branch Coordinator / Administrator will need:

- Lettings / estate agency experience
- Branch administration / office management type experience
- Admin / coordination experience
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal
- Hard working and honest character
- Flexible approach

The Branch Coordinator / Office Manager / Administrator position is office based, 37.5 hours a week, full time day time.
The Branch Coordinator / Administrator salary is £22k + benefits
