**What you'll do**

We are currently seeking a Technical Coordinator to assist within the in-house construction team in delivering standard and bespoke houses and flatted residential schemes in various building technologies to meet our company wide Strategy Target of building more than 12,500 homes by 2030 to the highest quality.

With your technical background, you will need to be successful in delivering a number of our construction projects in line with legislation and best practice, you will report to the Technical Manager, providing the team with full technical support and guidance on live and legacy schemes.

You will also be responsible for coordinating key information, engineering, and working drawing packages to enable any given residential development to be built as intended and to obtain all necessary technical approvals and permissions.

Liaise with consultants and subcontractors for construction purposes, preparing and obtaining Building Regulations and other statutory approvals.

You will be able to quickly build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and be able to manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will be based in Eastleigh, and you will work in an agile manner covering all locations across our operating area.

A full clean driving licence and access to own transport are essential for this role, as some of our sites are remote from public transport.
