As a Housing Officer, you'll support a number of tenants and be given the skills and support to creatively address the housing needs of blind and partially sighted people. At RNIB, we recognise everyone's unique experience of sight loss, our focus is toprovide the help, support and tools to promote and enable independent living; creating a community where we challenge and overcome barriers for people with sight loss.

You will be the main point of contact for tenants and will be accountable for delivering services to them. It's a highly varied and rewarding role, delivering a fantastic landlord service, finding the right person for our homes, keeping them in good conditionand supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies.

**You will,**
- Deliver key housing management services to a high standard, relating to tenancy agreements, repairs, breaches of tenancy including anti-social behaviour
- Minimise expenditure or loss of income including effective rent/service charge accounts and voids management process
- Assisting with voids; lettings; arrears; estate management
- Signpost tenants to other agencies and support services
