The Great Western Hospital is looking for an enthusiastic reliable and committed individual to join the Theatre administration Team as a Band 4 Theatre Scheduler on a permanent basis, delivering a timely, effective and responsive service to the public and the Trust.

We are looking for a self-motivated person with a problem-solving attitude with excellent time management.

The post holder will be responsible for the administrative coordination, supporting with operational and day-to-day management of surgical theatre list, whilst ensuring safe staff levels are always maintained. This role requires excellent planning and organisational skills and requires a flexible approach to ensure the Theatre systems are updated daily. The post holder will also be responsible to cross cover within the theatre/anaesthetic admin team, expected to work independently and as a team, managing a large workload within a busy environment. Therefore, the post holder will need prior knowledge and experience working with databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, from 9.00am - 5.00pm at the Great Western Hospital
