**What you’ll do**

As Networks Authority you will oversee the high-level planning and delivery of fibre in support of Projects, Diversionary Works, Cell Sites and Enterprise customers. Exploring new methods of delivery whilst ensuring that Vodafone build standards are maintained and delivery targets are met.

You will act as an escalation point for technical issues relating to special engineering difficulties and customer escalated orders to meet customer expectations. You may be required to provide coaching and mentoring of Apprentices and Engineers to ensure technical standards are met and maintained. Scoping out training plans where required.

**Who you are**

We are looking for the following skills and attributes:

- Understanding of the End-to-End delivery of Fibre Network to provide Vodafone Fixed, Mobile & Consumer Services
- Experience of managing multiple initiatives of different sizes and complexities to meet business expectations
- Expert knowledge of planning standards, technologies, and delivery methodologies.
- Ability to lead a dynamic team of multiple skilled individuals
- For this role it will also be essential that you can obtain SC clearance
