We are working on behalf of a local council who are looking for several experienced Multi Trade Operatives to join their Property Services team in Feltham.

The hours required are 40 per week.

**Daily responsibilities of a Multi Trade Carpenter are**:

- Carrying out responsive repairs and maintenance on occupied and void properties
- UPVC window and door repairs/replacements
- Repairing or replacing skirting boards, floorboards, window frames, doors, door linings, door handles and locks, cabinet handles, stairway railings, etc.

**Requirements of a Multi Trade Carpenter are**:

- City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above in Carpentry
- Full UK Driving License
